It is the result of thoughtful debate and serious introspection among contributors from across our company. It's meant to offer you insights into who we are as an organization & answer the fundamentals clearly. Why do we exist? What's our role in the market? How do we work with partners and with each other? How do we engage in the community? How do we give each other and the clients who work with us the best creative experience of their lives?
We know that everything on here might not be perfect, but we believe it's a great place to start. To further one of our early ambitions to maximize transparency in how we work, we've also decided to make this document public. Expect a lot of vulnerability and a few stutters as we try all sorts of stuff while trying to get it right. We may have already considered diverse perspectives to get here, but it's likely we're missing many more. There's always room for improvement.
