Our work is mostly collaborative, involves a lot of inter-personal interaction and relies on getting the best out of each other. Therefore, it’s also easy to dismiss the need to set aside a specific time with those that work with you directly, to pause and reflect on how it’s all going.

Additionally, there's an opportunity for you to schedule a 15-minute one-on-one with our founder once a month to discuss any concerns or ideas you may have. Ensuring that your voice is heard at the highest level.

During the one on ones with our Founder, you'll have the opportunity to receive feedback, discuss your successes and failures, and figure out ways to achieve your personal goals while still keeping the company's goals in mind. Our aim is to have an on-record assessment that we can all refer back to in order to track our progress, which will eventually feed into the annual appraisal process.

Furthermore, you are encouraged to schedule one-on-ones with other team members to discuss particular projects, share insights, and foster collaborative relationships within the team. These meetings can be tailored to the needs of the projects and individuals involved, providing a platform for focused discussion and problem-solving.
