Our work is collaborative and relies on getting the best out of each other. It's easy to skip intentional check-ins when you work together daily. That's why we set aside dedicated time to pause, reflect, and grow together.

🗓️ How we structure them

Monthly with the Founder: 15-minute conversations to discuss concerns, ideas, and progress. Your voice matters at the highest level.

During these sessions:

• Get feedback: Understand what's working and what needs adjustment.
• Discuss wins and challenges: Celebrate successes and learn from failures.
• Align personal and company goals: Find ways to grow yourself while moving the company forward.
• Track progress on record: Build a thread of growth that feeds into annual appraisals.

Ad-hoc with teammates: Schedule focused one-on-ones to discuss specific projects, share insights, and solve problems together. Tailor these to what you and your collaborator need.
