Our favourite work meeting is having no meeting at all. So before you schedule that meeting, ask yourself, “Can this meeting be an email instead?”
Our next favourite meetings are those that occur spontaneously when colleagues bump into each other in the office, strike up a conversation, come up with a brilliant idea, and then move on.
An excellent meeting is one where:
While we don't enforce a strict dress code, we expect everyone to present themselves appropriately, whether interacting with clients or colleagues, online or in person. Dress in a way that's comfortable and true to your identity, style, religion, or gender expression. Our team varies from those in jeans and tees to others in dresses with accessories, and some even sport tattoos and vibrant hair colors.
For client interactions (both in-person and video calls), we lean towards a slightly formal version of our casual range. For instance, if t-shirts are your go-to, opt for your best t-shirt for client meetings.
Sometimes, clients might invite us to events with specific dress codes. If you decide to attend, we'd appreciate it if you adhere to their guidelines. If you're not comfortable with their dress code, feel free to decline without any repercussions.
