🤝
We believe the best meetings are the ones that don't need to happen. When they do, they're short, purposeful, and respect everyone's time. Here's how we make meetings work.

🎯 Before you book
- Ask yourself: Can this be an email, async update, or quick message instead?
- Our favorite meetings are spontaneous hallway conversations that spark ideas and end quickly.
- Only schedule if real-time collaboration or decision-making is truly needed.
✅ What makes a great meeting
- Duration: 30 minutes is ideal. One hour maximum.
- Clear objective: Set at the start and visible to everyone.
- Type clarity: Attendees know if it's an update, brainstorm, or decision session.
- Right people: Only essential participants are invited.
- Time management: The meeting lead keeps things on track.
- Full engagement: Everyone contributes, no side work or distractions.
- Respectful space: Minimize interruptions and make room for all voices.
- Clear outcomes: Next steps, owners, and timelines established by the end.
- Breathing room: Buffer time before the next commitment.
📹 Camera guidance
Our default: We encourage camera-on for team meetings, especially Tuesday and Thursday weekly catch-ups.
