📝 How It Works

The recognition process is straightforward:

• Team members who have completed 6 months of service are featured on the wall.
• The feature is unveiled on their birthday, highlighting their contributions and unique journey.

🎂 Eligibility Criteria

• Only employees who have completed 6 months with The Hub are eligible for this recognition.
• Employees whose birthdays occur before they reach 6 months will not be considered for this recognition until their subsequent birthday after completing the required tenure.

🎁Birthday Celebration

We believe birthdays should be fun and memorable, so here’s what to expect:

• A ₹2,000 budget to celebrate each team member’s birthday.
• This includes a delicious cupcake for the team to share and a thoughtful gift—most likely a H&M hoodie, because who doesn’t love a cozy and stylish treat?

Note: If your birthday happens before you hit 6 months with us, don’t worry! Your Humans of The Hub Wall feature will happen on your next birthday after you reach the 6-month milestone.
