✅Checklist
-
📩 Team-wide Notice (Day Before):
- [ ] Inform the entire team at least a day prior that you will be building from home.
- [ ] Include your reason (brief) and your availability window (calls, responses).
-
🎯 Outcome Plan (Day Before):
- [ ] Send a short email/message to the entire team with the quantifiable outcomes you will drive that day.
- [ ] Do not list tasks. List measurable outcomes (numbers, deliverables shipped, decisions closed, approvals received).
- [ ] What counts as an outcome vs a task
- Outcome: A measurable end result someone else can verify (what shipped/closed/confirmed) with a clear metric.
- Examples: “1 landing page draft delivered”, “3 follow-ups closed with next step scheduled”, “Invoice sent + confirmed by finance”
- Task: An activity you do that does not guarantee a result on its own (the work, not the measurable result).
- Examples: “Work on landing page”, “Follow up with partners”, “Coordinate with finance”
- [ ] Outcomes must be written in the format: Outcome + metric + by when.
- Example: “Deliver 1 final landing page draft by 5:00 PM”
- Example: “Close 3 partnership follow-ups (reply received + next step scheduled) by 6:00 PM”
- Example: “Publish 1 reel + 1 post (live links) by 7:30 PM”
-
✅ End-of-Day Reporting:
- [ ] Submit EOD email with your outcomes completed:
- Completed outcomes (with proof/links where relevant)
- Pending outcomes (with clear reasons + revised ETA)
-
📞 Stay Coordinated:
- [ ] Be available for calls and updates throughout the day.
