This residency runs for 111 days. All rates are structured for the full program and are inclusive of community access, shared spaces, and the full Hub experience.

Non-locals arriving from outside Bengaluru also get airport pickup and drop services included. We take care of the logistics so you can focus on what you came here to build.

Deposit to block your spot. Residents pay a 1 month deposit to secure their place in the cohort. The deposit is returned within 7 days post completing the residency.

The first 7 days are your soft landing. A residency only works when both sides are all in. If this is not your room, and you choose to step away within that first week, your deposit lands back in your account in full. No friction. No awkward exits. No questions asked. Just a clean goodbye, with the door left open for whenever the timing is right.
However, The first month’s fee stays with us. It holds the spot we kept in your name, the work already in motion for your arrival, and the seat another builder would have claimed without a second thought.

Cost should not be the reason someone misses this.
If you are someone who belongs in this room but cannot afford it right now, we want to hear from you. We offer a limited number of scholarships and grants for builders who are doing meaningful work but are in a season where the finances are not there yet.
This is not charity. It is an investment in people we believe in.
