The thesis: You're 18-24. You're not sure if you want to do a startup, make content, join an agency, or build a brand. You just know you want to build something. Most programs force you to choose a lane before you've driven on the highway. The Young Builders residency gives you 3-6 months to try everything — work across Hub projects, launch your own experiments, and figure out your builder identity through doing, not thinking.

What a typical week looks like: Monday to Wednesday you're embedded in a live Hub project — Barely Opening (a culture media brand), Fooling Around (comedy content), Giving Collab (impact campaigns), or one of the Hubverse agencies. You're not observing. You're doing real work on real deliverables. Thursday is your personal build day — work on whatever you want with mentorship from senior residents. Friday is Show & Tell — present what you made this week to the community.

The structure: Month 1 — rotation. You spend time across 3-4 Hub projects to find where your energy and skills fit. Month 2-3 — specialisation. You commit to one track and go deep: content, operations, design, community, or business development. Month 4-6 (for those who extend) — ownership. You run a workstream. You have accountability to a team and deadlines that matter. You leave with a body of work, not a certificate.

Two tracks:

Online Track — remote contribution to Hub projects, weekly mentorship calls, async collaboration. Good for students who can't relocate.

Immersive Track — live on campus, embedded in daily Hub operations. This is the one that changes your trajectory.

This is for you if you're young, hungry, and willing to work harder than your college peers for an experience that's worth more than your degree. This is not for you if you want a structured course with grades and a certificate. We don't give certificates. We give you proof of what you built.
