Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Community Lead to cultivate and expand our community of coffee enthusiasts, artisans, and patrons. The ideal candidate will create a vibrant, engaged environment that reflects Subko's commitment to quality, innovation, and cultural reimagination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Community Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to foster a strong, inclusive, and active community by creating engagement opportunities, events, and content that resonate with our audience.
• Event Coordination: Plan and execute events, workshops, and tasting sessions that provide value to the community, ensuring seamless execution and high participation.
• Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with industry leaders, artisans, and organizations to expand the network and opportunities available to our community members.
• Digital Community Management: Engage with members on social media, manage online discussions, and ensure content aligns with Subko's brand identity. Utilize platforms to facilitate discussions and support.
• Brand Evangelism: Represent Subko Coffee at events, workshops, and online platforms, promoting the mission and vision of the organization while building brand awareness.
• Member Support: Act as the primary point of contact for community members, providing support, addressing queries, and ensuring a positive and enriching experience.
