Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations of Hub Studios. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the creative industry, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage a diverse range of tasks. The Studio Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the studio, maintaining the facilities, and supporting our community of creators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Studio Operations:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring all equipment and facilities are in excellent working condition.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for regular upkeep and repairs of the studio space.
- Oversee the scheduling and booking of studio spaces for clients and internal teams.
- Client Relations:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Facilitate client onboarding and orientation, familiarizing them with studio policies and procedures.
- Community Engagement:
- Foster a positive and inclusive community atmosphere within the studio.
- Plan and coordinate events, workshops, and networking opportunities to engage and support the creative community.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote studio events and initiatives.
- Financial Management:
- Monitor and manage the studio's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management.
- Handle billing and invoicing for studio services and rentals.
- Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of studio assistants and support staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities for the team.
- Ensure staff adherence to studio policies and procedures.
- Health and Safety:
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols within the studio.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Address any safety concerns or incidents promptly and effectively.
