Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations of Hub Studios. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the creative industry, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage a diverse range of tasks. The Studio Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the studio, maintaining the facilities, and supporting our community of creators.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Studio Operations:
   • Manage the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring all equipment and facilities are in excellent working condition.
   • Coordinate with the maintenance team for regular upkeep and repairs of the studio space.
   • Oversee the scheduling and booking of studio spaces for clients and internal teams.
2. Client Relations:
   • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or issues promptly.
   • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
   • Facilitate client onboarding and orientation, familiarizing them with studio policies and procedures.
3. Community Engagement:
   • Foster a positive and inclusive community atmosphere within the studio.
   • Plan and coordinate events, workshops, and networking opportunities to engage and support the creative community.
   • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote studio events and initiatives.
4. Financial Management:
   • Monitor and manage the studio's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
   • Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management.
   • Handle billing and invoicing for studio services and rentals.
