About the Role
Own the end-to-end sponsorships and partnerships charter across Safina Ventures’ three verticals — Marketing, Media, and Experiences — building a repeatable, data-driven engine for prospecting, pitching, closing, activating, and renewing brand partnerships.
You will design tiered sponsorship packages, craft partner narratives per vertical, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver promised assets and measure ROI for partners. Ideal for someone who has sold multi-asset sponsorships across events, content, IPs, or media properties and is comfortable with both hunting and farming.
What You’ll Do
Core Responsibilities
- Build and own the sponsorship pipeline across all three verticals: Marketing, Media, and Experiences
- Create tiered, outcome-driven sponsorship packages with clear deliverables, pricing, and ROI frameworks
- Prospect, qualify, and run a full-cycle motion: outreach, discovery, solutioning, proposals, negotiation, closure, and renewal
- Develop vertical-specific narratives, rate cards, and sales materials in partnership with leadership
- Manage partner activation end-to-end: contracts, deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder alignment
- Track performance: impressions, leads, attendance, engagement, brand lift, and attributable revenue
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Content, Creative, Growth, Finance, and Delivery teams to execute assets
- Maintain CRM hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and weekly reporting on pipeline and revenue
- Grow existing accounts through upsells, cross-sells, and multi-vertical expansions
