A passionate and dynamic Community Lead to drive member engagement and cultivate a welcoming, vibrant community at Soho House Mumbai. As the heart of the community, responsibilities lie in overseeing the member experience, ensuring a seamless and inclusive environment, and fostering strong relationships among our diverse members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Member Engagement: Foster and strengthen relationships with members, ensuring their needs are met and their experiences are exceptional.
- Event Management: Curate, promote, and manage exclusive member events and programming, ensuring relevance to the diverse interests of our members.
- Community Building: Cultivate a sense of belonging and inclusivity within the House, ensuring that members feel welcome, heard, and valued.
- Customer Service: Act as a key point of contact for members, addressing inquiries, feedback, and resolving issues promptly.
- Brand Representation: Represent Soho House in the community, building relationships with local artists, influencers, and businesses to enhance the House’s reputation.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive strategy for member engagement and brand alignment.
