Role Overview
The Social Media Head will develop and execute comprehensive strategies for our clients, working closely with the social and creative team. This role involves creating innovative campaigns, analyzing content performance, Online Reputation Management, and optimizing strategies based on trends and competitor analysis. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience, a deep understanding of social media platforms, and a strong background of building and managing high performing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our social media accounts, including content creation, publishing, and community engagement.
- Strategizing long-term Social Media Strategy for all platforms with the Social and Creative teams.
- Measure and report on social media performance metrics and use insights to continuously improve our social media strategies. Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity.
- Collaborate and maintain close relationships with cross-functional teams to maximize the impact of social media efforts by ensuring alignment in communications across channels
- Closely working with the Project Manager’s for contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings for timely updates.
- Plan new and innovative campaigns for The Hub Bengaluru and our clients for different social media platforms based on current trends.
- Researching platforms and improvising existing plans with the Social team. Making sure it’s being executed the right way. SWOT Analysis of competitors and other required research.
