As a Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our target audience, and drive business growth. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure all social media efforts, ours and our clients, align with our overall marketing objectives and deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities:
- Strategizing long-term Social Media Strategy for all platforms with the Head of Social Media and the team.
- Closely working with respective Project & Social Media Managers for contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Plan new and innovative campaigns for The Hub Bengaluru on different social media platforms based on what’s trending.
- Researching platforms and improvising existing plans with SMM. Making sure it’s being executed the right way. SWOT Analysis of competitors etc.
- Analysis of content across pages with regard to content.
- Learn new tools and share them with the team.
- Help with content syndication.
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
- Generate insightful monthly, quarterly & yearly reports for all our internal pages & clients
Requirements:
- He/She should be able to craft compelling social media content that resonates with their target audience.
- He/She should have a deep understanding of the various social media platforms and how to use them effectively for marketing purposes
- Should be highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time.
- Should be able to think creatively and come up with unique ideas for social media campaigns and content.
- Should be able to adapt to changing trends and technologies, and be willing to continuously learn and grow in their role.
