Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential customers through calls to fill coliving rooms, office spaces, and studios for shoots, as well as banquet events for weddings, engagements, birthdays, and other special occasions. The ideal candidate will have a flair for understanding client needs and matching them with the perfect space and experience, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound sales calls from potential customers, providing detailed information about our co-living spaces, co-working options, Hub studios, and banquet venues.
- Understand and assess the needs of the caller to offer tailored options that meet their specific requirements for events, living, or workspaces.
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional strategies that attract new customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.
- Provide feedback from potential and current customers to enhance the service offering.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure that the spaces are prepared to meet the clients' expectations and to resolve any issues promptly.
- Prepare and present timely reports that indicate the health of the business and provide key points that can continuously improve existing processes and business outcomes

- Conversion Rate: The percentage of inquiries via calls that are converted into confirmed bookings, indicating the effectiveness of sales tactics.
