Compensation: ₹9 LPA + 5% profit share of overall Incremental Gross Revenue

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential customers through calls to fill coliving rooms, office spaces, and studios for shoots, as well as banquet events for weddings, engagements, birthdays, and other special occasions. The ideal candidate will have a flair for understanding client needs and matching them with the perfect space and experience, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements

Essential

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in hospitality or events
• Excellent communication skills with ability to understand and assess client needs
• Strong follow-up and lead nurturing capabilities
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools
• Data-driven approach to sales with understanding of key metrics

Bonus Points

• Experience in hospitality, co-working, or events industry
• Background in B2B and B2C sales
• Knowledge of digital marketing and promotional strategies
