Compensation: ₹12 LPA + ₹1 LPA bonus upon completing 1 year + 1% of all sales made

About the Role

Safina Ventures is a builder-led ecosystem across three engines: Offline Experiences, Media/Channels/Distribution, and an outcomes-driven Agency/Consulting arm. We design and run immersive IRL IPs and venues, build and distribute content through our channels, and partner with founders and brands to take them from 0→1 with creative GTM and build-operate-transfer style engagements.

We are hiring a Sales Lead to convert our distribution and delivery track record into qualified pipeline, closed revenue, and healthy margins. You will own the full commercial motion from ICP and offers to pipeline generation, deal strategy, pricing, and post-sale expansion. Ideal for a builder who thrives in fast cycles, can craft crisp proposals, and closes with clarity and pace.
