About the Role
Safina Hospitality, a premier hospitality service provider located in the heart of Bangalore, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational aspects of our hospitality services, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across co-living, co-working, studios, community events, and private events.
Requirements
Essential
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality or events sector
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple operations simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and cost control
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations
- Familiarity with health, safety, and quality standards in hospitality operations

- Background in managing diverse service offerings (co-living, co-working, events)
