Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management

• Oversee the entire operations of the banquet facility, ensuring seamless coordination across event planning, kitchen, service, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all events are executed flawlessly, meeting and exceeding client expectations.

2. Team Leadership

• Manage and lead a diverse team, including event planners, chefs, service staff, and maintenance crews.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills and uphold high service standards.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
