Who is Kiran?

From being the Founders Office Weapon™ to becoming our in-house hiring force, operations backbone, and culture shaper. Kiran wasn’t just part of The Hub, he was part of its DNA.

The truth is:

• If you’ve met half the team, chances are Kiran hired them, 35+ and counting.
• He built systems that made the impossible feel seamless: gifting, finances, strategy, all sharper because of him.
• His speeches could’ve belonged on a global stage, and his conversations had a way of shifting your perspective (and yes, making you miss a deadline or two).
• Smart. Strategic. Charismatic. Always finding ways to leverage systems for maximum impact.

Kiran didn’t just do the work, he elevated it. He carried Founder’s Office with vision and drive, and now he’s on to power the next lucky team. We’ll miss his brilliance, his laughter, and those unforgettable speeches that will always be part of The Hub’s story.

His Journey!

Kiran’s story at The Hub began as a sales intern but not for long.

• With drive and vision, he grew into the backbone of our operations, eventually leading the entire hospitality team
• In the early days, Founder’s Office was just him. HR was him. Operations, him. He wore every hat, built every system, and proved that one person with focus and grit can move an entire organization forward.
• Kiran’s journey is a reminder that leadership isn’t handed over, it’s earned, built, and lived every single day. </aside>
