Introduction:

We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Designer to join our dynamic team at The Hubverse. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their design career to grow and develop their skills in a supportive and innovative environment. As a Junior Designer, you will work closely with our design team, contributing to various design projects and playing a key role in the visual communication of our brand.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Design Support: Assist in the creation and execution of design projects, ensuring that all work aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Social Media Creatives: Work on designing engaging social media graphics for The Hub and its clients, ensuring all creatives are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Print & Digital Collateral: Support the design team in creating materials for both print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, and social media graphics.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in design across all platforms, maintaining the brand’s visual identity in all projects.
• Client Collaboration: Assist in preparing mood boards and design concepts for client presentations, contributing ideas and solutions that align with client visions and brand strategies.
• Creative Concept Development: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas that align with marketing strategies and objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure design solutions meet business objectives and enhance marketing and branding efforts.
• Project Management: Manage time effectively to meet deadlines across multiple design projects, ensuring quality and consistency in all deliverables.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on emerging design trends and tools, applying new skills and techniques to your work.
