• You'll experience our craft, rituals, and cadences while we experience your thinking and momentum

1. Apply → Tell us who you are, what you've shipped, and what energises you
2. Intro chat → Align on intent, timing, and what a good week could look like
3. Joining Week → Immerse in live work, meet people, and contribute at your pace
4. Mutual decision → One honest question on both sides: "Did this feel right?"
5. Offer/next steps → If yes, we shape scope, compensation, and start plan together
