About the Role

We're seeking a Hospitality Chief Executive Officer to serve as the General Manager of our Hospitality Portfolio. You will be in charge of our 2 properties in central Bangalore and a portfolio of co-living, co-working, events, and studios businesses.

This is a senior leadership role for someone with a proven track record of scaling hospitality businesses and driving profitability across multiple revenue streams.

Requirements

Essential

• Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior managerial position with a track record of driving growth and achieving business objectives
• Extensive experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing a clear vision for the company
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, financial performance metrics, and performance management principles
• Demonstrated experience in leading a sales team to achieve revenue goals
• Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, public relations, finance, human resources, and operations
• Entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
• Strong ability to manage crises and make high-quality decisions under pressure
