About The Role:
To serve as the General Manager of our Hospitality Portfolio, you will be in charge of our 2 properties in central Bangalore and a portfolio of co-living, co-working, events & studios businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the company's long-term business strategies to achieve the goals set by Management.
- Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans designed to facilitate the achievement of both short-term and long-term objectives.
- Operational Management:
- Ensure that the company's activities align with its overall strategy and mission, driving consistency and excellence across all operations.
- Oversee the financial performance of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Sales Leadership:
- Lead the sales team to achieve revenue goals by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and adjust strategies as necessary to meet targets.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to the sales team to enhance their performance and professional growth.
- Track weekly MIS.
- Community Building:
- Foster a thriving community within our co-living and co-working spaces, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, engagement, and retention among residents and members.
- Implement innovative programs and initiatives to enhance the living and working experience.
- Event Planning and Management:
- Oversee the planning and execution of approximately 600 weddings annually at our banquet spaces, ensuring each event meets our standard of excellence.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and industry leaders to support business growth and development.
- Act as the primary spokesperson for the company, representing it at various forums, conferences, and industry events.
- Market and Industry Analysis:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the market, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Continuously evaluate the company's position and make recommendations to enhance competitiveness.
- Crisis Management:
- Demonstrate strong crisis management skills, making high-quality decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard the company's assets and reputation.
