Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced sales leader to fill our Head of Sales role and to lead our sales efforts. This person will be responsible for selling all services provided by our ecosystem and partners, developing and managing a high-performing sales team, and setting and surpassing of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales efforts across all our services offered by our ecosystem, including Marketing, Media, and Hospitality sectors.
- Work closely with our founding team, to creates and launch new service based offerings, and oversee seamless coordination between creation, sales, and execution.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the executive team.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior sales role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Experience in building and managing a high performing sales team.
