Your duties will include greeting guests, managing reservations, answering phone calls, and providing information about our services.

Education and Experience
- Prior experience in front office, customer service, or hospitality roles is advantageous
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail
- Friendly and outgoing personality with the natural ability to connect with guests
- Active listening skills and sound judgment to address guest concerns effectively
- Clear and professional communication skills in both English and Hindi
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
