Safina Hospitality Ventures is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated intern to join the Founder's Office. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various aspects of hospitality management, business operations, and strategic projects. As a Founder's Office Intern, you will work closely with the founder and senior management team to support daily activities, execute special projects, and contribute to the growth and efficiency of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support
- Manage the founder's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, manage emails, and answer phone calls on behalf of the founder.
2. Project Assistance
- Assist in the execution of various strategic and operational projects as directed by the founder or senior management.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or presentations for key meetings and initiatives.
3. Event Coordination
- Support the planning and organization of events hosted by Safina Hospitality Ventures, including community events, banquets, and other hospitality-related gatherings.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure flawless event execution.
4. Documentation and Reporting
