About the Role

We're looking for a young, driven, detail-obsessed intern who thrives on structure, clarity, and follow-through. You'll be the calm in the chaos making sure deadlines are met, clients are happy, and our social teams are always in sync.

You'll work closely with our Founder, gaining a front-row seat to how creative teams function at scale for national brands.

Freshers welcome, as long as you're passionate, hardworking, and ready to put in the effort.

What You'll Do

• Support the founder by tracking project progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Assist the founder in monitoring daily operations: tracking schedules, identifying bottlenecks, and keeping workflow smooth.
• Maintain & update Notion boards for all retainer clients based on founder's input.
• Prepare follow-up notes for the founder regarding feedback, approvals, and next steps.
• Support the Founders' Office in organizing priorities and preparing client communications.
• Help identify potential communication gaps for the founder to address.
• Maintain meticulous records of all client interactions and requirements.
• Anticipate the founder's needs and prepare resources in advance.
