Position Overview:
The Founder's Office Executive is a pivotal role within our organization, designed to provide comprehensive support to the Founder in driving the strategic vision and operational efficiency of the company.
You will act as a trusted advisor and right-hand to the Founder, facilitating seamless communication and coordination across various departments. You will be deeply involved in the strategic planning process, contributing to the development and execution of key initiatives that align with the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Support:
- Assist the Founder in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documentation for internal and external meetings.
- Business Development:
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Assist in client and partner relationship management.
- Communication:
- Draft and manage correspondence, emails, and other communications on behalf of the Founder.
- Prepare and review internal and external communications, including newsletters, press releases, and social media content.
- Special Projects:
- Lead or participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Founder.
- Provide support in the planning and execution of company events and other activities.
- Financial Forecasting:
- Develop and maintain financial forecasts for the next three months, including revenue projections and expense estimates.
- Monitor financial performance and provide regular updates to the Founder.
- Assist in budget planning and financial decision-making.
- HR Management:
- Manage a team of 30 employees, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Oversee salary processing using Razorpay and ensure timely and accurate payroll management.
- Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Operational Management:
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and handle administrative tasks, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Act as a liaison between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders.
- Automation:
- Identify opportunities for automating workflows to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Implement automation tools and processes to streamline operations.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of automation initiatives.
