About the Role

We're looking for a Founder's Office Finance associate to operate at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations. You'll transform complex financial data into actionable intelligence while building scalable frameworks across our multi-entity ecosystem.

This role combines hands-on financial operations with strategic system-building. You'll master financial systems, multi-entity operations, process automation, and strategic analysis.

Requirements

Essential

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field
• 2-4 years experience in finance operations or systems building
• Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis skills
• Experience with Razorpay, vendor management systems, and payroll processing
• Strong analytical mindset with systems thinking approach
• Ability to work independently with decision-making authority
