About the Role

We're looking for a Founder's Office Experiences Lead to drive key experience-led verticals at The Hub, including offline partnerships, event spaces, finance support, internal systems, and events.

This role requires cross-functional ownership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to deliver high-quality outcomes across both guest-facing and internal initiatives.

Requirements

Essential

• 3-5 years of experience in operations, partnerships, or event management
• Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Experience with vendor management and client coordination
• Proficiency with Notion and internal systems building
• Ability to manage multiple verticals simultaneously
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
