🔍 About the Role

We’re looking for a  Finance Lead who can own the finance function end-to-end — from compliance and controls to strategic planning and capital management. This is a leadership role for someone who can combine sharp financial acumen with operational agility and business foresight.

You’ll work directly with leadership, drive financial decision-making, and set up scalable systems that can support a growing business.

🎯 What You’ll Be Responsible For

Compliance & Controls

• Overseeing all statutory filings (Income Tax, TDS, GST, Professional Tax, PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment, etc.)
• Ensuring regulatory compliance across labour laws, company law, and industry standards
• Leading internal and external audits with accuracy and timeliness
• Building and strengthening financial controls to minimize risk

Strategic & Business Finance

• Partnering with leadership to create long-term financial plans (2–3 years)
• Building and maintaining funding models (equity/debt) and engaging with investors, auditors, and financial institutions
• Designing and tracking budgets, forecasts, and performance dashboards
• Leading cost optimization, resource allocation, and capital efficiency initiatives
