We're looking for a Finance Lead who can own the finance function end-to-end — from compliance and controls to strategic planning and capital management. This is a leadership role for someone who can combine sharp financial acumen with operational agility and business foresight.

You'll work directly with leadership, drive financial decision-making, and set up scalable systems that can support a growing business.

Requirements

Essential

• 5-7 years of experience in finance/accounting, with exposure to both compliance and corporate finance
• Strong expertise in statutory filings, audits, and regulatory compliance
• Hands-on experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Prior experience working with investors, banks, and external consultants
• Ability to lead a team, set up processes, and work closely with leadership
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in financial modelling and decision support
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with high ownership
