About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and innovative Events, Community, PR Lead to lead our diverse range of events and cultivate strategic partnerships. You'll oversee all aspects of our event operations, from community experiences to private functions, while developing key relationships to enhance our ecosystem's growth and reputation.

We are a dynamic ecosystem of event spaces, studios, and a gallery space dedicated to creators, artists, and private events, with a mission to foster creativity, collaboration, and memorable experiences.

Requirements

Essential

• 5+ years of proven experience in event management, with a focus on diverse event types including art exhibitions, private functions, and community experiences
• Strong background in developing and managing partnerships in the creative and events industry
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in event management software and tools
