About the Role

You’ll be responsible for handling all electrical needs across our co-living, co-working, and banquet spaces — ensuring everything runs safely, smoothly, and without interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues quickly
• Support event setups and operational requirements
• Maintain logs of maintenance and safety checks
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of electrical systems and safety practices
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Flexibility to support weekend/after-hours needs
