About the Role

We're looking for a Lead Designer to join our crew at The Hubverse. This is a senior role for someone who loves design, thinks strategically, and knows how to lead and inspire a team. As our Design Lead, you'll be at the heart of Phooling Around, our design studio, shaping everything from visual communication to community building.

Requirements

Essential

• Proven track record with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Portfolio that showcases your creativity and technical chops
• Deep understanding of print and digital design standards
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Knowledge of branding, typography, and colour theory
• Eye for detail and commitment to quality
• Experience with print production workflows and file prep
