What a typical week looks like: Monday is content strategy — reviewing analytics, planning the week's content calendar, identifying collaboration opportunities with other residents. Tuesday and Wednesday are production days — you have full access to the media house and creator studio at Safina Plaza. Camera, lighting, sound, editing suites. Thursday is cross-pollination — mandatory collaboration with at least one other resident (a founder who needs content, an artist who needs documentation, a brand partner who needs a face). Friday is distribution — scheduling, optimising, engaging, studying what worked.
The structure: Month 1 is foundation — audit your existing content, define your niche with brutal specificity, build your content operating system (templates, workflows, batching schedules). Month 2 is volume — ship daily, experiment with formats, collaborate across the Hub's 30+ channel network reaching 5M+ combined audience. Month 3 is monetisation — brand outreach, media kit creation, first paid collaborations sourced through Hubverse partnerships.
Two tracks, because the work is genuinely different:
Online Track — content strategy, audience growth, monetisation frameworks, weekly group calls, async feedback on your content. Best for creators who already have their own setup.
Immersive Track — everything above plus daily studio access, in-person collaborations, co-living with other creators, and the ambient energy of a campus where content is being made around you constantly.
