Creator Relations — Partnerships, Growth, and Community

About the Role

Own The Hub’s creator ecosystem end to end. You’ll scout and onboard creators, develop long-term relationships, match the right creators to the right brand opportunities, and ensure campaigns land on time with measurable impact. This role blends partner development, light production coordination, operations, and reporting. Success looks like a healthy creator pipeline, fast and clear communication, smooth campaign execution, and insights that improve outcomes every cycle.

Requirements

Essential

• Relationship builder with crisp written and spoken communication
• Strong organization and follow‑through across multiple threads and deadlines
• Comfort with structured trackers, rosters, scopes, and calendars in Notion or similar tools
• Understanding of creator platforms, formats, deliverables, usage rights, and disclosure norms
• Professional responsiveness and stakeholder etiquette with creators, brands, and internal teams

Bonus Points

• Hands‑on experience running product seeding or PR kit programs
• Exposure to rate cards, negotiation, and contract basics
• Familiarity with link tracking, UTMs, and basic analytics for post performance
• Event support experience for IRL activations, shoots, and meetups
