About the Role
We're looking for an on-ground host to power community life at The Hub. You'll welcome residents, run weekly rituals, execute 8-9 events a month, and ensure artists, vendors, and partners have everything they need.
This role is ideal for hospitality or event management students looking for hands-on experience in community operations and member success.
Requirements
Essential
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field
- Excellent communication and people skills; confident, friendly on-ground host
- Weekend and event-day availability; comfortable with dynamic schedules
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets and strong Notion comfort; disciplined with CRM updates
- Highly organized with follow-through; able to coordinate vendors and internal teams
Bonus Points
- Prior experience in hospitality, coworking, or events
- Social media or content coordination exposure; basic Canva or design skills
