Role: Community Intern

Duration: 2 Months - Community Intern, Next 4 Months - Community Associate, and Community Manager once you complete 6 months of service. (Fulltime)

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relations: Be the first point of contact for clients walking in and greet them.
• You will be giving clients a tour of the property depending on their requirement.
• You will also be responsible for managing key accounts of clients that you have given a tour.
• Further, you will be updating our CRM on a timely basis to capture all leads that come in.
• You will be supervising the House Keeping team on basic property maintenance and ensure their work is done diligently.
• You will partner with the extended team and strategize on community engagement activities.
• Keeping our social media platforms active by engaging with our community.
• You will be given an opportunity to lead one of our flagship programs under giving collab (CSR Wing) by reaching out to brands, creators, organizations for community spotlight feature collaborations to see synergies for growth.
• You will be responsible for social postings on timely basis as per social media strategy on all platforms ( Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn)
• You will actively take part in ideating the social media content calendar for Giving collab, along with the extended team. Ex: focus on fun and emotional content/ human connect / positive approach
• You will research potential active people in the events space who will partner with Giving collab- for recurring workshops for kids (eg: fitness, drawing etc.,)
• Keep the page alive by constantly posting engaging stories in line with the page.
