About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Pitching Officer (CPO) to join our team. The CPO will be responsible for creating, refining, and perfecting pitches for a variety of purposes. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.

What You'll Do

1. Develop and refine pitches for events, brands, collaborations, partnerships, clients, and potential clients.
2. Actively seek and pitch to freelancers to join our network and to talent to join The Hub family.
3. Present new business ideas to our board and propose innovative ways to improve our internal processes.
4. Work on a minimum of one pitch per day, with the goal of scaling up to three pitches per day.
5. Embody our company philosophy of "You will never know till you ask better version", demonstrating a proactive and ambitious approach to all tasks.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of successful pitches.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
