About the Role

We're looking for a Chief Financial Officer to combine strategic leadership with operational excellence. You'll shape our financial future while personally managing critical finance operations including TDS, GST, payroll, and statutory compliance across Feazzo Holdings, Safina Ventures, Fortune Industries, and other entities.

This is a leadership role for someone who can balance big-picture financial strategy with hands-on execution across multiple entities in a dynamic ecosystem.

Requirements

Essential

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 5+ years experience as CFO, Finance Manager, or senior finance role
• Essential Software: Zoho Books, Tally, Razorpay integration proficiency
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise
• Experience with statutory compliance (TDS, GST, audit processes)
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
