We do not operate a conventional hiring pipeline. Instead, we partner with a small number of exceptional builders who want to develop their craft through building, creating, and contributing to meaningful problems.
After nine years, our selection process remains highly selective (less than 1 percent acceptance). We hold partners to clear standards of ownership, progress, and integrity. Our expectation is sustained growth and delivery every week.
If you are seeking a traditional role with predictable security, this is likely not the right fit. If you want to commit deeply to building and problem solving in service of others, you may find few environments in India that match the intensity and learning here.
