The Agency Integration Residency is how new agencies join this network: a 3-6 month onboarding where we align systems, share pipelines, and build the collaboration muscle so that when a client needs video + copy + strategy + social, the network delivers it seamlessly.

What a typical week looks like: Week 1-4 is intensive: daily standups with the Hubverse ops team, system integration (project management, invoicing, client communication protocols), and shadow projects where your team works alongside an existing Hubverse agency on a live brief. After month 1, the cadence shifts to weekly strategy calls (Monday, 1 hour), shared pipeline reviews (Wednesday, async), and joint pitch opportunities. Your first client through the network usually comes in month 2-3.

The structure: Month 1 — integration. Align your agency's tools, processes, and communication with the Hubverse standard. Shadow at least 2 live projects. Identify your specialisation within the network. Month 2-3 — activation. Take on your first Hubverse-sourced project. Co-deliver with at least one other network agency. Build the trust and track record that makes the network work. Month 4-6 — full integration. You're in the rotation for client briefs that match your skills. Revenue flows. The network grows.

Two pricing models — choose based on your confidence:

Fixed: ₹50,000/month — you pay for access, onboarding, and pipeline. Lower risk if you're not sure about client flow.

Revenue Share: 15% on Hub-sourced projects — you pay nothing upfront. The Hub takes 15% of revenue on any project sourced through the Hubverse network. If we send you nothing, you pay nothing. This aligns incentives completely.

This is for you if you run a specialist agency (design, content, dev, performance marketing, video) with 2-10 people and want to plug into a larger network for bigger briefs, shared resources, and steady deal flow. This is not for you if you're a freelancer hoping to become an agency. Build your team first. We integrate agencies, not individuals.
