The thesis: Every week a new AI tool launches. Most people tweet about it. A few people build with it. Even fewer ship a product that someone actually pays for. The AI Builder residency is a 100-day sprint to go from "I know how to prompt ChatGPT" to "I built and launched an AI product." No fluff. No theory lectures. Ship or go home.

What a typical week looks like: Monday is a 90-minute live session — new tools, techniques, and a weekly build challenge. Wednesday is async feedback day — post your work-in-progress in the cohort channel, get feedback from peers and mentors. Friday is Demo Day — every week, someone in the cohort ships something publicly. By day 100, you'll have shipped at least 10 projects, with 2-3 that have real users.

The structure: Days 1-20 — tool mastery. You'll build with every major AI stack: LLMs, image generation, voice synthesis, automation. One project every 3 days. Speed over polish. Days 21-60 — product focus. Pick your strongest project and build it into something real: landing page, waitlist, first users, first revenue. Days 61-100 — growth. Your product exists. Now distribute it. Content about your build journey. Product Hunt launches. Community building. Revenue milestones.

Two pricing models — because we believe in skin in the game:

Cohort Track (₹15,000) — one-time fee for the full 100-day program. Structured accountability, weekly sessions, async mentorship, cohort community.

Performance Track (₹0 upfront) — free entry. The Hub takes 10% of your first ₹1,00,000 earned from products built during the residency. If you earn nothing, you pay nothing. If your AI product makes ₹5L, we take ₹10K. This self-selects for builders who are serious about shipping, not tourists.
